Missing Ordinance for Temple work data
I was looking through my old temple "recording cards" and decided to check some of the names and noticed that the temple work that I did for a friend of mine, Debra Lou Fazio, KWDP-Z86, on 30 March 1990, had some missing information. See below:
Her Initiatory shows completed with no date - which I did on 30 March 1990. Also, on 30 March, 1990, I did her endowment, and acted as proxy wife for her to be sealed to her husband, Victor Tripodo (who is still living). All work was done at Washington DC Temple.
Please update the system to show the work was done.
