Why after merging the original ordinances records disappeared

I was helping a VIP doing his Family Tree entry. Due to the different calendar system used, the Family Tree did not detact a duplicate. I found out and merged the newer one to the older one. The older one should have Temple ordinances all completed (judging his wife‘'s ordinances were completed, except for sealing to her parents). His wife was sealed to him. But after merging his ordinances disappeard. I was unable to retrieve the deleted PID to see what's going on. Please restore his ordinances records. Thank you. (Sister Hsu)
The person's name: 黎群望
The surviving PID is: 929Q-H4Q
The deleted (merged out) PID is: G6L1-WHK

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
Just in passing ...
As an aside ...
Regarding ...
董氏 [ DONG SHI ] ( 929Q-H4Q )
And,
黎群望 [ LI QUN WANG ] ( 929Q-HWB )
Plus, the "Deleted" ( ie. "Archived" ) individual/person 黎群望 [ LI QUN WANG ] ( G6L1-WHK )
Question: Have you tried the "Restore", for 黎群望 [ LI QUN WANG ] ( G6L1-WHK )?
ie.
Good Luck.
I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

We are having an issue finding deleted records by ID. The engineers are working on this.
We do have a work-a-round using the Recents tab that will help you. When you are on a Person Page in Family Tree, Click on the Recents tab. At the top of the drop down list you will see a search box with Enter Name or ID. Type or paste the ID number of the deleted record. Click Go, and on the next screen you will find the deleted record. Click the blue Restore Person link.
We hope this helps.
