Missing Ordinances

Ordinances for my great uncle were completed many years ago, however I noticed today Family Search showed his Endowment as available to request. I am not locating a duplicate profile. I have reserved the Endowment to avoid double work and am attaching a picture of the ordinance card to show the Endowment was already completed on March 24, 2001 in the Oakland California temple. (I erased the submitter's contact information.)

Can you please re-record the ordinance on his Family Search profile and advise when completed?
