UK, England, Lancashire—Nonconformist Church Records, 1647–1996 [Part B][M3PJ-B34]

I have come across records in this batch from Wales before, however on this occasion I have one that seems to be written in Welsh and I cannot read this. I think it is a baptism, but that is about it. I can return the batch, but will someone with appropriate skills pick it up?
