Ordinance was done. Completed ordinance is in Family Tree but not on completed ordinance list
Two people had initiatories done 4/14/22. Family Tree shows the ordinances completed. They do not appear on my completed ordinances list. Eight other inititories were done the same day and they all appear on the C.O. list. The missing ones are G88G-3HC and G88G-VB3. All 10 names were in my shared family file and were printed from there by my daughter. All 10 names show completed in Family Tree, but the two above are not in the C.O. list. They were not merged or deleted or anything else mentioned in the FS help article on the topic. Why are they not listed? The C.O. list is greatly relied on by me since we don't receive cards back anymore. If that list is not accurate then were do we stand?

I read through the article already and nothing applied to my situation.

Hello @L. Barney
This is a concerning situation . . .
Do the two completed ordinances show on your daughter's Completed List?
I did read your post, but is it possible that those two ordinances were shared by you to your daughter through email or through FamilySearch Messaging?
Names shared through email or Messaging do not show on your completed ordinances list.

Yes, all 10 names that were done show up on her completed list.
The initiatory ordinances for all 10 names were shared through my Family Group. They were printed at the same time and completed on the same evening. 8 showed up on my completed ordinance list and 2 did not.
All 10 names remain on my Reservations list for their other ordinances.
