I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
Just in passing ...
Please be, aware; and, advised, that ...
It is IMPORTANT, to have "Temple" Work, CORRECTED, to the Older ( ie. Earlier ) 'Dated' Work.
Of course, provided, that the Older ( ie. Earlier ) 'Dated' Work, can be substantiated ...
eg. "Copy"/"Image" of,
▬ OLDER Versions, of "Family Group Sheets", with the "Processing" reference, of "Temple" Work; and/or.
▬ "Temple" Cards, with, the "Mark" (ie. "Tick"); and, "Stamp", of a "Temple"; and/or,
▬ A SIMILAR (possibly, "Duplicate") individual/person, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'
And ...
In such cases, 'FamilySearch' "Support", makes every effort, to ensure, that "Temple" Work, is CORRECTED, to the Older ( ie. Earlier ) 'Dated' Work, where such is available (and, can be substantiated).
Just my thoughts.
I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

Thank you for your help. I certainly understand mistakes. But also like to correct them when they are found. When I reported to the help line the issue I was surprised that they did not want to go to effort to make corrections as I felt that they would appreciate the identification of the problem.
