Should we spell Us as US when asked about the place parents were born?

In the Family Review, some of the special rows ask where parents were born. I correctly spell countries if those are listed. But many are listed as Us, not US. Should I make these corrections?

I've been correcting it as U S -- with the space between the letters. Since that is the way that middle initials are written in a name (John T Smith, as example).

I haven't been putting a space in, but I certainly can. Thank you.

I would not waste the time.

I started by fixing Us to US and then stopped.

They can run a script to alter the field to whatever case and spacing they desire after review is over.

There are more important issues where our time should be spent.

Thank you all for your comments. Yes, we do correct the spelling of the country if it is spelled out incorrectly. But we do not expand abbreviations. There are no specific instructions to change the Us to US. Do as you feel best for that. We appreciate all that you are doing! You are all amazing!
