How can I restore ordinances for a person that was incorrectly merged into another person?

The ordinances that were performed for the first person (the one deleted) are now appearing as the ordinances for the surviving person. I have restored the merged/deleted person but the ordinances were not restored.

Claus Allers born 1774 K4FN-R4K (surviving person from merge) has the ordinances listed that were performed for the Claus Allers born 1777 LRX5-P6G (deleted person). I have an original ordinance card for the deleted Claus with an ID# of ML8S-PW8. This may have been the original ID and was merged into LRX5-P6G at some point (or maybe merged into K4FN-R4K). The temple work was performed starting in 1996 and FamilySearch is listed as having added something to this person in May 2012 (a possible data transfer?). Not sure if a merge occurred before or after that time that switched the ordinance data. I restored LRX5-P6G believing this was the person who originally contained the temple records. However, after restoring this person and reviewing its change history (which I couldn't do until I did the restore), I am no longer sure that is correct. LRX5-P6G may have been originally added as the Claus Allers born in 1774, then the birth date was changed to 1777 and then changed back to 1774 and merged into K4FN-R4K (which is what made this person look like the duplicate I was looking for). LRX5-P6G is the only merged record listed in the change history for K4FN-R4K. The main goal is for the ordinance work to be restored for the Claus Allers born in 1777. This will hopefully make it possible for ordinances to be performed for the Claus Allers born in 1774. One additional note, a sealing to parents ordinance is still attached to LRX5-P6G. I think that was meant for the Claus Allers K4FN-R4K (final surviving person). It is starting to look like I should merge LRX5-P6G back into K4FN-R4K but I'm not sure whether that will fix the sealing to parent issue for that Claus Allers. And I will then still need to figure out what happened to my original Claus Allers with all of the ordinance work completed (BAP 17 Jul 1996 JRIVE, END 30 Jan 1997 JRIVE, SP 11 Nov 2011 SDIEG). (Be aware that I did try to update LRX5-P6G by adding dates and deleting non-related vitals before I realized there may be additional problems. I can reverse my edits if it is determined I should merge LRX5-P6G back into K4FN-R4K.)
