How do I send a message to my review group?

@Douglas Watts, if you created a group, then when you click on the group/family group and then "View Group," then in the lower right corner you can "message group".

I have tried to do this but the message did not go any where I will try again later today.

Okay. You might try clearing your temporary files and cookies to see if that will help. I replicated and it worked for me. Let us know how it goes.

I try to send a message today about 2 pm. I clicked on Message the Group. The box to write your message in appeared near the bottom of the page. I wrote a messages try to ask the group how they are doing. As near as I could determine the message did not go out. I went into clean Disk to clear out the temp files. As of right now that did not appear to help.

@Douglas Watts, when you message the group, it is like sending a message in your FamilySearch Messaging. So when you write the message, as you did, you then send it by clicking on the Arrow at the bottom. You will see your message at that time that is saved. Anyone in your group that sees the message which has been sent to their Messages in FamilySearch and responds, you will see that you have gotten a message from them in your Messages. I hope that this helps.

I followed your instructions and I did get the message at the top of FS page. It did not show me who the message went to but at least I now see the message. Thanks for your help. I am meeting with our ward council tomorrow and wanted to share what our group has accomplished.

@Douglas Watts, we don't have group statistics as of yet, but when it comes out, it will be on the 1950 census home page where the individual statistics show, is my understanding. In the meantime you could message your group and ask them if they would mind giving you their personal stats for the 1950 census. Of course that would be if you felt it was proper.
