I have experienced the same thing. I think it has the potential to introduce errors when reviewers are not paying attention. Hopefully it will get fixed.

This showed up for me after the recent downtime to load in "enhancements" for the review process.
Looks like the update broke more that it fixed.
Since this is causing me to waste time to double and triple check that the data in the fields are absolutely correct when the record order is messed up, I am spending most of my time now in name review and header review - - again hoping someone gets the family review problem isolated and implements a real fix for what they broke.
I am already seeing many pages of rework in my batches due to inaccurate stitching together of family groups between pages. IMO not a good use of a volunteer's time to have to do work over and over (still seeing dozens of repeat pages given to me in the name review process - some pages given to me up to four times already!).
Sad this important work is so hampered by technology glitches. Technology is supposed to help us, not make more work.

Engineers are aware of these issues and are working to fix them. It is frustrating, but when a new program comes out, such as the computerized indexing, there are going to be things to work through. Not all glitches can be found until we actually start to work the program and give the feedback. So thank you all for giving feedback for these important issues. You are very valuable for this work to succeed.
