Trying to get temple work done for my first cousin, Daisy Velma Hartman [L2Y8-H79]

Context: I have been recently tasked by my grandpa to gather all of the dates of my great-grandfather's first cousins so that the moment their work becomes available, we can get them done quickly and not to have others hold onto their work for a long time with no progression getting done on their work.
While walking the tree, someone else, relationship to me or my first cousin three times removed is unknown, has the temple work reserved since January, but hasn't been getting her (Daisy Velma Hartman's [L2Y8-H79]) work done. I have asked messaged her if I could take hold of the work and get it done, but she hasn't replied. I fear that she won't reply for a while (if not a long time) and Daisy Hartman's work won't get done, while her husband's will get done (which will become available on the 19th of April).
Now that the context of the situation is established, my question is, is there anything that can be done to establish contact to the person that holds this reservation and that my family can get Daisy's work done? This is one of a couple other people that are holding the work for my great-grandfather's first cousins and/or their spouse(s), but not getting them done.
I hope to have this and these other problems resolved and have these people's work done in a timely manner, not having them wait for many more years because other people won't/can't get their work done nor share them.
