Missing temple ordinances

My grandmother Antonija Strmec (LF8F-XD9) was a convert to the church in Graz Austria. She was baptized on 10 Feb 1980, She was never married, but she received her initiatory and endowment. I do not know the temple or the date they occurred. These ordinances dont show in family tree. We are waiting for theses ordinances to appear so we can seal her to her parents. Could you help me find them?
