phone option to allow choice of talking to a consultant based on whether they use a PC or a Mac
It's gotten to the point of experience that I always ask FHC consultants if they are using a Mac or a PC. The reason is because I use a Mac, and every time I have problems with the consultant with matching up pages (i.e. we are on the same page, but there are enough differences of the subject matter, so that the consultant cannot assist me) is because the consultant is using a PC.
