Why is Film 3004 Item 13 DGS 8140433 with format pic of camera and phone NOT letting me read at home?

Just in passing ...

Please be, aware; and, advised, that ..

That actual "Image", ABOVE the "Camera", is NOT, a "Phone", it IS actually a "Key" ...

And, of course, the "Key" indicates, that there ARE "Restrictions" ...

ie.

And ...

Those "Restrictions" in this case being ...
