Ordinances completed, but not showing on FS

The ordinances for B, C, I, E and SS have been completed for William Newland K2KX-MK4 and his wife Elizabeth Elms MS14-9VW, however they are not showing on FamilySearch. Initially I found that neither of their Baptisms or Confirmations had been done, but their Initiatories, Endowments and SS had been completed in 1926 and 1933 for the SS. I figured there was an error in the recording and was contacted back that indeed the B and C had been done.

Well, now NOTHING shows as being completed! I have attached photos of the one printed ordinance card showing the I and E for William, but I hadn't printed one for his wife. I printed this to remind me when contacting FS the first time. On the back of William's card is the information I copied, at that time - 22 February 2022, about Elizabeth; so these changes with deletion of temple ordinances have all been recent.

Can you please research this couple (and their children) as well as Elizabeth's mother (Sarah Greenfield, LYKN-8DW) and update their FS account with their completed ordinances. I have plenty of family members to do ordinances for and would like to avoid duplicating.

You can contact me for any questions -

Your case, about William Newland and Elizabeth Elms , will be forwarded to a specialty team for review. You may be contacted by that team if they need more information. Please look for the red dot top right next to the bell, which will indicate a message.
