Hey there! Question for the folks running the project, I haven't found an answer in the FAQ. I looked up my great grandmother Melva in the 1950 census at NARA and discovered she was enumernated twice, but they caught it and crossed her name out. She had just moved away from home to study nursing.

The computer is a smart cookie and was able to read all of the fields for Melva, but should I be correcting that? Is the index intended to represent information that was redacted? Thanks for your time!

The entry you show would be Checked as Crossed Out under Transcription Error.

Yes, go ahead and still review her even though she was crossed out.
