I am great great great grandson William Brewster. One of the original people who traveled on the Mayflower to America. And started one of the first colony in America. Here's how. John Nelson Margeson 1842-1915 had 13 children. my great great grandfather John Nelson Margeson Jr. 1889-1953 had 11 children. One of which was my grandmother Alice. Alice had a sister Pearl Ruth who married a New York cab driver Hugo Skeats and lived somewhere in the city near my grandmother Alice. William margeson who called her Aunt Ruth. When Hugo died Aunt Ruth moved from NY to live with William Margeson
i am the 2nd cousin. of william Margeson. my grandmother Is Alice Margeson Dealto. Your mother who is williams margeson 1st cousin Is Lorraine. which is my mom i am not a descendent of Edward Margeson who came over on the Mayflower. He was not married and died the first winter. i am a dependent of Gideon Margeson born 1670.
Gideon did not come over on the Mayflower. But i am still descendants of William Brewster who came over on the Mayflower even though the Mayflower Society in Plymouth Mass doesn't think so. here is the line:

I am a descendant of William Brewster and Mary Wentworth Brewster through son Jonathan Brewster, through John's son Benjamin Brewster whose dau Ruth wed Thomas Adgate. Their daughter Martha wed Eleazer de Waterman. Their son Eleazer wed Susannah Fountain whose son William migrated to NC where he married Native American woman named Sarah Carter. Their daughter Susannah Waterman wed William Rich and every generation from Sarah and William Waterman has resided in Duplin County NC. William and Susan Rich had son Lewis James Rich who wed Allie Morris. Their son James Grover Rich was my grandfather.
