Are Names listed without relationship, age, etc. Transcription Errors
Often it seems census workers used blank areas on their pages to make calculations. We now know to consider notes such as No one at home, or Vacant to be "Not a Person". But, what about these unconnected names? Are they "Not a Person" also?
It's easy to ignore the ones that are so faint as to be completely unreadable. But every once in a while I find a page where those names are quite visible. Because I could actually read them, I have noticed that one difference from regular entries is that they don't have addresses or house numbers. Also the columns for relationship, etc, have numbers rather than the data we would expect. It looks like a tally place, and perhaps they will be entered on a later page.
Please tell me we can "not a person" them and the poor overworked family reviewers will take care of it.

No, please correct them as you see them. The numbers in the race/sex/marital status columns do mean something - https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-review-race-sex-and-marital-fields-that-were-entered-in-the-census-as-numbers
Thank you for all you do!

Thank you. I'm not sure whether I would have put two and two together even if I'd seen that article.
