Recuperar Cuenta FS
Ahora la manera de recuperar una cuenta es solo por correo electrónico o por número telefónico, me parece más difícil, ya que antes se podía recuperar tu nombre de usuario o contraseña con tu número de cedula para miembro, la mayoría de los hermanos (a) change el numero de su teléfono y ya no tienen acceso, o se les olvida su correo electrónico que pusieron en su pagina de familysearch, se nos complica porque hablamos a soporte y nunca contestan, aparte que dan muy mal servicio, ya que los misioneros que están en soporte no están bien capacitados para ayudar, no se les capacita adecuadamente.
