Last household did not select last person since it had '-' for name, so that person was manually selected to be included.
When next household was started, no one was selected from the page, so all members had to be selected for processing.
All other households on the page also had to be selected manually.
I think I’m having your problem. I want to be able to move to the previous page to see the family surname so I can replace the —- with a surname. How do I turn a page in the iOS app?
Lots of people have the same question. How to turn the page. There was one that looked like it had the answer but ended right at the punch line.
Really how hard is it to answer this question. Wasting time on this and may just hang it up out of frustration
So sorry for all of your frustrations! Regarding how to turn the page back to the previous page, you are unable to perform this function.
To follow up on this, if you get to the bottom of the page and the household looks to be incomplete, the system usually goes to the next page for you to check on whether it looks like the same household and you would do as @Linda Peterson_13 did. I hope this helps with this question.
As far as the next household on the next page needing to have each name selected for each family, if there is green in front of the family names on the right side, then it would indicate that they have been reviewed already. if there is red, then it should have highlighted the family with the red in front of their name. It is hard not being able to see exactly what you are seeing, so if this doesn't answer the issue, please use the Feedback and put good notes as to what you are seeing so the engineers can fix the issue.
Thank you all for your concerns. You are greatly appreciated!
