Family Review - when 2 surnames included in one family group, no image is shown on next page

I was presented with a large family, consisting of son-in-law and grandchildren with a different surname than the Head of House. After selecting next on the 1st page when all family members were selected correctly, the next page does not show the image and does not make sense. The family members were not at the bottom of the image since there was another group after them. If I select No and Next, again, no image is seen.

This is the next page. Do any of these names belong to the household you are reviewing? In most cases, the answer is "No."

Hint: If the household you are reviewing appeared at the bottom of Page 1, it may have continued to the top of Page 2. Check the person in Row 1 and see if he or she is a son, daughter, wife, relative, or other lodger of the previous household.

No, these are two different households

Yes, I see people who belong to the household I am reviewing

Similar to this situation, when I did have household as last household on page, it did she the above message and the image was shown for the next page. When No was selected and Next, the 'previous' image should have been shown but it was not and the previous image could not be selected. Therefore, processing cannot be continued with no image to check.

In the previous situation, selecting the next image did not show any image either.

Same situation as initial question above, last family on page, but they were all the same surnames, should show the next page image. Nothing was shown and next image did not do anything.
