Review Names has no instructions?

I've enjoyed the Review Names opportunity, but find it increasingly frustrating to not understand the process or know how to resolve issues with Surname (actually a given name, not a surname, etc.), Given Name (first name and middle initial?, first name only?, entire name with middle initial?, middle initial only?) I can't click "Match" because it's not a given name, and I'm unsure about editing because I don't know if "Given Name" wants only what's highlighted, first name only, or entire name.

Very confusing. Some directions or instructions such as what is provided for Indexing would be very, very helpful.
