Printing family name cards

Temples no longer return family name cards, so we have to reprint for each ordinance. I try to reprint, and get a message warning me the card has already been printed, and then it won't proceed to allow a print.

    FYI

    [ Difficulties/Frustration aside ... ]

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

    Just in passing ...

Please be, aware; and, advised, that ...

There was a recent problem/issue, with the "Printing", of "Temple" Cards 'per se', not just "Reprinting" ...

    As such ...

    Just in case ...

    Firstly ...

IF, you have NOT already; THEN; ...

Here, is an "Oldie"; but, STILL, a "Goodie" ...

Try "Clearing", the "Cookies"; and, the "Cache", of your "Browser" (and, even, your "Browsing History").

It does not always work; but, more often than not, it does work ...

Here are some 'Knowledge Articles", in 'FamilySearch':

How do I delete cookies from FamilySearch?

    Plus ...

Furthermore, with regard to the matter ...

    (1) Some Users/Patrons have had success, by "Changing" to ANOTHER "Browser".

    and ...

    (2) One User/Patron advise of this ...

Not sure this will help you, however, it is what I did for the situation several days ago.

When the expected "print" page did not appear, I hovered the computer mouse over the browser icon that I was using and saw that the print page was opened. I clicked on that page so that it was the dominate page and continued on as usual to print the temple cards. (The only way I can think to describe it is that somehow it was "behind" the open reservation list so that it didn't show as expected.)

Here is a link to that 'Comment'; and, the particular post ...

    https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/comment/441099#Comment_441099

    Now ...

    Failing that ...

    Secondly ...

    Questions:

    (1) WHAT, "Browser"; &, "Operating System", are you using?

    (2) Is the "Browser" one of those that is supported, by 'FamilySearch'

    (3) Are your "Browser"; &, "Operating System", Up-To-Date, with the LATEST (or PREVIOUS) versions of each?

    So ...

    That Said ...
