Sealing unavailable - Is this where I ask why?
My great great grandmother, Josephine Cluff (KWNY-F5H), is showing that her 'sealing to spouse" is yellow and statused as "Cannot request - Not Available" for her first spouse, whom I am descended through (John William Jones LHVW-2XJ). They did get divorced, and then she remarried. Would this be the reason? If so, my great-grandmother, their daughter, is sealed to them. I would think that not possible if the parents were not sealed? At any rate, should I be asking this question in this forum or is there some other contact for support for this topic?

Your Question: Would this be the reason?
Short Answer: I would humbly suggest, 'No'.
There most likely, would be OTHER "System" problems/issues (eg. 'Wayward' "Merge"/"Combine"; etc ... ).
As an aside ...
There is a possible "Duplicate" for John William JONES ( LHVW-2XJ ) ...
Being: John William JONES ( K2WB-JCQ ) ...
Where, the "Birth" record is NOT "Standardised"; and, the "Temple" Work, is NOT available.
Just for starters ...
In the first instance ...
Can I humbly suggest, that you "Standardised", the "Birth" record, for John William JONES ( K2WB-JCQ ).
And, then, "Merge"/"Combine" the two ...
That may or may not, help/assist with the "Temple" Work; but, will certainly get rid of a "Duplicate".
Furthermore ...
