It would make verification much quicker. With a couple of twiks to the program.

Since the software can't read and intemperate "Vacant" and "No one home". If would be much quicker if "Not a name" was moved from the drop-down list to a place on the bottom on the screen so just one click to correct. Also unmark "Not readable" from the list and leave blank for marking when needed. I have proofed 3300 names so far and only used it once or twice and had to unmark hundred's of times for something else.

Just a couple to things that would speed up verification and checking.
