Wrong surname in ------- box

I am seeing several surnames in the blue box that are not anywhere in the family grouping. Do we change them back or what?

I can't figure out where it gets the names. The drop down name might be Smith but the name in the box would be Randolf which isn't even on the page. I see what you are saying and I am sure you are right. It just doesn't make sense for the name to be there at all.
