What do I do with this? Is it a transcription error? or match?
And is there anyway to hold a batch until my question is answered? I haven't figured that out yet?
Here’s what I do:
Look for the little flag icon 🏳️ at the bottom of the app/browser page.
Then it will come up with various options & I choose “not a name”
if all goes right, the system will record this & move onto the next field. Good luck!
@Lisa Kay Horlacher A new option was added late last week. "Not a person" button on the bottom right hand side (by the transcription error) if you are working on a computer in the name review. Use this for all entries relating to "Not at home" "No one home" or "Vacant."
@Tamara Stevenson Thanks. I was so excited to see that they had added that button. It makes it so much easier, right?
I made a mistake after I progressed to the next name. Can I go back to fix it?
@CDente If you are still on the same census page, on the computer you can use the "<" to the left of the "match" option OR on the app use the "<-" just above the "match" option. This will allow you to go back one name at a time in the review names. You can go back all the way to the first name on the page. But once you have moved to another page, that option doesn't appear.
