Temple Ordinance Card - DOB

Hello @donkeil1
You can correct the birth date in FamilySearch and then re-print the card if you like.
Just go through the process to print the card that you already did . . .
https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-print-family-name-cards-from-home
However, if the change is only minor such as the date not being in the correct format, you don't need to worry about reprinting.
This knowledge article explains https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/there-are-problems-with-my-family-name-cards

FYI
It's 'Brett'.
Just in passing ...
I do not think that "Printing" the "Temple" Card, is really the problem/issue ...
[ Unless, it is related to the CURRENT "Major" Problem/Issue, with regard to "Printing", the "Temple" Cards ... ]
As such ...
As an aside ...
IF, one takes a 'look,' at the record, for Scott E. KEIL ( KWX1-CHJ ); THEN, one can 'see', that the 'Date' of "BIRTH", is ALREADY, appears; and, is "Standardised", CORRECTLY, in the "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch'.
So ...
That Said ...
IF, one takes a 'look,' at the "ChangeLog", for Scott E. KEIL ( KWX1-CHJ ); THEN, one can 'see'; where, things MAY have gone astray; especially, in relation to, the "Birth"; and, the "Merges"/'Combines".
Birth: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/changelog/KWX1-CHJ/birth
Merges/Combines: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/changelog/KWX1-CHJ/merges
Plus, ALL the related "Changes", from the associated individuals/persons, in the "Merges"/'Combines".
Hopefully, "Resetting" the ( SAME ) 'Date' of "BIRTH", MAY "Refresh" (and, address/fix), the problem/issue causing the that "Printed" on the "Temple" Card.
But ...
That Said ...
Just in case ...
This is possibly, one of those cases, that MAY need to be taken, into the working of 'FamilySearch' "Support", to properly address/fix.
Just my thoughts.
Brett
