Here, under the notifications bell, at the bottom of its menu, the Mark All Read button is not live. It looks like it should be but clicking on it does nothing and mousing over it does not change the mouse icon.

    Now it works.

    In the interim I clicked the bell to open the menu (list) and leave it open, then with the menu open I refreshed the page in the browser.

    @dontiknowyou

    FYI

    It's 'Brett'.

    Just in passing ...

    I have found, that ...

    IF, the "All Notifications"; and, the "Mark All Read", are IN, the "White" Section, at the BOTTOM, of the page/screen; THEN, neither, can be selected - ie. they will NOT work.

    Whereas ...

    IF, the "All Notifications"; and, the "Mark All Read", are ABOVE, the "White" Section, at the BOTTOM, of the page/screen; THEN, they, can be selected - ie. they will work.

    Just my thoughts.

    I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

    I don't know if an engineer is working on this, but just now I got 3 more notifications on the bell and 3 new dots on comments but they were on recent comments I had just read 1 by 1 to clear the dots. This time I used Mark All Read it worked as expected.

    @dontiknowyou

    FYI

    It's 'Brett', again.

    Just in passing ...

    You may have "Rejected", my 'Comment'.

    But, regardless, I know, that is WHY, the "All Notifications"; and, the "Mark All Read", CANNOT be selected - ie. they will NOT work, if/when they are IN, the "White" Section, at the BOTTOM, of the page/screen.

    It could; but, with ALL the more OTHER matters, needing attention ...

    Personally, I really DO NOT think, that this matter, needs serious attention ...

    [ It is a very minor problem/issue, that is/can be so easily overcome ... ]

    But ...

    That Said ...

    Certainly, if there is, the "Time"; and, the "Resources" (ie. "Funds");as, this matter would have to be, "Reported" to; and, "Addressed"/"Fixed" by, the Company, who owns/supplies, the "Vanilla" Platform, upon which, this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum operates; THEN, 'Yes', by all means, that can be attended to.

    But, personally, I would certainly not advocate, wasting, "Time"; and, "Resources" (ie. "Funds"), on such.

    Just my thoughts.

    Brett
