I think looking at the list CTRL + D will do what you want ( if using a PC).

For Mac users, use CMD+D.

If the info is the same for all records (ex: Muster Roll military date), click on the second icon from the trash can.

The legend above the field, pictured above, shows Shift-Alt-D, if you hover over the larger icon block to the right of the one marked in red, which will prefill all the upcoming fields.
