How do I get original ordinance date in a record?

My Grandmother, Hilja Katriina (Pesonen) Itkonen, KWZZ-3XG, was sealed to her deceased spouse, my grandfather, Jaakko Vilho Itkonen, L64C-HDM, on the same date which shows for her initiatory, endowment and sealing to parents, 25 March 1975. This used to be in the records. Something happened and she was again sealed to her spouse.

Is it possible to restore the original date to her record?

Hilja was my first convert baptism on my mission to Finland. I gave her a priesthood blessing before she departed to Switzerland to do her temple work as I was still serving my mission. I know who was my grandfather's proxy for their sealing, a family friend, so it has some special personal meaning if this can be corrected. Thank you!

Thank you for your question in the Community. We will forward your case to a specialty team for review and resolution. You may be contacted to that team if they need more information.

You may wish to reserve the ordinance while waiting for the review.
