Appeal / request for correction in the transcript of the master record (according to the appendix)
The handwritten matrix record of the matrix is "Repčík". There is an error in the transcript caused by incorrect reading, ie "Repák". Please make a correction. Thank you.

The Slovakia Church Books indexes are not currently correctable. You'll just have to console yourself with the fact that you found the record anyway. (Keep in mind that indexes are not the data. They are merely finding aids for the data.)
