Messages
When receiving a Message, in the "About" line, usually there is a name that is referenced. The name listed used to be hyperlinked to the same individual in the Family Tree. It appears this hyperlink is no longer functional.
Is anyone else having the same problem? Can anyone confirm my observation?

The matter, has been "Reported"; and, is being "Investigated", by 'FamilySearch' ...

This problem persists and it has essentially made the Message system unusable. This is the second time I have posted about this problem. Family Tree has other issues as well. It's like the last "update" messed a lot of things up!

It is ONLY the "About" link that is a problem/issue, in "User Messaging", in 'FamilySearch', NOW ...
I have to totally disagree ...
NOT having that "About" link working, DOES NOT, make "User Messaging", in 'FamilySearch', unusable.
Far from it, that "About" link is ONLY, one part, of "User Messaging", in 'FamilySearch'.
As an aside ...
I have NEVER, relied on the "About" link, in ANY 'Message', that I sent, in "User Messaging", in 'FamilySearch'.
In fact, I have often "Deleted" that link; before, sending, a 'Message'.
I have ALWAYS included, the "Details" [eg. at least, "Name"; and, 'FamilySearch Identifier' (PID) - often more] of the individual/person concerned, in the "Body" of the 'Message'.
I have always, 'Taught'/'Trained' OTHERS, to do the same; and, also, 'Requested' those that 'Message' me, to do the same.
Perhaps, that SHOULD be, "Standard Practice", for ALL.
"User Messaging", in 'FamilySearch', is NOT unusable, with the temporary loss, of the "About" link.
Just, somewhat, inconvenient, for those who simply "Rely", on that, "About" link.
ie.
WITHOUT including, the "Details" [eg. at least, "Name"; and, 'FamilySearch Identifier' (PID) - often more] of the individual/person concerned, in the "Body" of the 'Message'.
Just my thoughts.

As far as I can ascertain ...
The recent MAIN problems/issues, with "User Messaging", in 'FamilySearch', literally started; when, 'FamilySearch' released, that NEW feature/function/function of, "Contacts", under our "Display Name"; being, a "List", of our "Contacts", that we made/designated, from "Relatives at "RootsTech" (2022).
As far as I can recall ...
There have been problems/issues, with the "About" link, in "User Messaging", in 'FamilySearch', in the past; where, that link literally DISAPPEARED (ie. was taken away).
There was such, a 'hue and cry', about its "Removal", that the link was "Returned".
So ...
