WILL NOT PRINT ORDINANCE CARDS

MY ORDINANCE CARDS WILL NOT PRINT THEY HAVE ALWAYS PRINTED BEFORE MY PRINTER IS WORKING PERFECTLY WHEN I GO TO PRINT IT ASKS WHAT ORDIANCES I WANT TO DO I ALREADY SELECTED ORDIANCES WHEN I BEGAN. THERE IS NO PLACE TO SELECT IT AGAIN

    Thank you for letting us know. You are not alone, others have been reporting the same problem. We have bee advised to have you clear cache, cookies, and temporary files, and restart your computer. You may also want to try a different browser. Compatible browsers are:

    • Apple Safari—the current version and one previous
    • Google Chrome—the current version and one previous
    • Microsoft Edge—the current version and one previous
    • Mozilla Firefox—the current version and one previous

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    [ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

    Just in passing ...

    Believe me ...

    You are not alone ...

    MANY, Users/Patrons, CANNOT "Print", the "Temple" Cards ...

    The matter, has been "Reported"; and, is being "Investigated", by 'FamilySearch' ...

    Here is just one recent post, on the matter ...

    Now ...

    That Said ...

    'FamilySearch', IS in the Process, of TRYING to address/fix such ...

    But ...

    That Said ...

    It is NOT, as simple, as most of us think.

    They FIRST, have to find and identify, the cause; before, they can start to address/fix.

    "Programming"; and, "Coding"; and, especially, even, doing the remedial work, is NOT easy.

    Like it or not ...

    We just need to be patient.

    Most of us, are ... 'in the same boat' ...

    'FamilySearch', KNOWS how IMPORTANT, this matter is ...

    Unfortunately ...

    Some Users/Patrons ARE able to "Print" the "Temple" Cards ...

    Whereas ...

    Some Users/Patrons CANNOT "Print" the "Temple" Cards ...

    That is what makes it, so hard, to pinpoint, let alone address/fix ...

    eg.

    One, User/Patron, has reported, having success, with "Printing", the "Temple" Cards, using the "Operating System", of 'Microsoft' "Windows 11".

    Whereas, another, User/Patron, has reported, having success, with "Printing", the "Temple" Cards, by "Switching", to using the "Browser" of "Brave".

    Such is the COMPLEXITY of the matter.

    Just my thoughts.

    I know, that this certainly does not help/assist; but, I hope, that this may provide you with, some additional, insight; and, perspective.

    ps: ANYWAY ... "Temples", ALWAYS have, plenty, of "Temple File" Cards, on hand, that they can handout ...

    ..... [ Although, we ALL know; certainly, NOT as GOOD; as, DOING the Work, for one's OWN Ancestors ... ]

    pps: But, certainly better, than having NONE at all to do ...
