Ordinances I have already done
I have found that many ancestors I have done all their ordinances for are now showing them not done and that they may be requested. Why and how do we correct it on family tree? I have copies of the completed family cards.

Thanks Lisa. That makes sense Re merges. I thought I would be able to restore somehow but no history . Just log of recent changes. It pays to keep record of completed ordinances as featured now where we can print out. Especially now that the cards get shredded. Thanks again

Hey Lisa,
I dont have some of the cards though, and their PID numbers wouldve had to change to show not done. To contact Family search support would hopefully be successful for these ordinances.

@Pauline Roka Nathan a few years ago I noticed the same thing with a couple of ancestors whose work was completed a decade or so ago. It likely has occurred through your ancestors records perhaps having gone through a series of merges by others at some stage. It is great that you still have those cards. From memory I contacted FamilySearch Support. Click on the 'Help' icon (question mark) on top right of FamilySearch page, then scroll to the bottom and click on 'Contact Us', send a message and explain the issue. Because I had cards with names and ID numbers, they were able to look up the individual records and restore the ordinances. Hope that helps.
