When printing a large number of baptism ordinance cards duplicates are created, is this a bug?
Expected result: When printing cards are only printed once
Actual result: When printing cards are duplicated on different pages.
Has anyone noted the following issue?
When printing a large number of cards from my reservation list, after selecting them using the filter a large number of cards are found, over 150. When trying to print them in batches of 50 the following procedure was performed:
Print 50 from page 1,
move to page 2 print 50 from page 2
move to page 3 print 50 from page 3
move to page 4 print remaining from page 4
This caused duplicate cards to be printed on different pages,
on page 1 Kate Sparrow was printed also on page 2
on page 1 Charles James Eastwick was printed also on page 4
on page 1 was Elizabeth Munn also printed on page 3
on page 1 was George Munn also printed on page 3
There doesn't seem to be a pattern, only that page 1 seemed to be more prone to have duplicates across pages 2, 3 and 4.
This came to our attention when the Melbourne Australia office staff were processing the completed ordinances. They could not process them until the duplicates were removed from the batch. This was time expensive.
They informed me that there were 25 duplicates.
I can provide sample data files that illustrate the duplication issue.
Note my reservations had the message 'shared with groups' displayed.
Thank you for any help or light that you are able to give in advance.
