I made a change by mistake in some profile I created and messed another one not mine, I tried to undo the change and a message appears which reads "IT FAILED, TRY AGAIN LATER". Please, it was supposed to be easy to undo.

The profile has the code : L5CY-9BS

Thanks.

    Hi.

Click on the person page for L5CY-9BS and go to the column on the right headed: Latest Changes. Select Show All, and a new page opens with all the changes that have been made to the person's profile. The top one is presumably the change you made in error, If you click on Reference at the right of this change, it will change the window slightly, and although it doesn't give you the option to restore, it does contain the PID for the deleted father. Copy this down and add him as a spouse to his wife.

I have attached a couple of Knowledge Articles to help you. Click on them or copy and paste the URL into your browser

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

All far too complicated. Just give us a simple UNDO action that allows us to quickly undo a Change error!

@Enrique Agustini Felices and @tomkent , Until that easy "UNDO" button is created, try and follow the instructions BerryJohnson posted. You can do it. Check back here if you get stuck.

You may also find it useful to get one-on-one help working through this issue by scheduling a Google Meet session with a helper at FamilySearch at https://www.familysearch.org/en/fieldops/united-states-and-canada-contact-us .
