I receive the message 'An error occurred. Please try again later.' when printing from a group
We have a large number of ordinance cards that have accumulated over the COVID period, when attempting to reserve cards the 300 limit suggested we share them. We tried to do this by creating a group 'The Pocock Family Group'. As the whole family meets three times a year for a family temple baptism session we have a need to print out a large number of cards, as the children and cousins and family members are quite large.
We were able to share our names with the group, but we cant print the names, when we try we get the message 'An error occurred. Please try again later.' We have tried several times on different days and even from family members living in Melbourne Australia and Phoenix Arizona. The problem persists, across time and in both locations.
Is any one able to advise, as to what is causing this and is there a work around.

There was a MAJOR Problem/Issue, with "Printing", the "Temple" Cards 'per se', that was raised the other Day (Saturday, 26 March 2022).

It has been reported, by a Moderator [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" ( Personnel ) ], that:
The printing function has been working this morning, so hopefully it was a transitory problem.

I just wonder ...
If, there is STILL a latent problem/issue, that has NOT been resolved; especially, in regard to "Family Groups".
Just my thoughts.
I know, that this certainly may not help/assist; but, just wanted to let you know, of a "Related" problem/issue.
