My temple notifications is not working

How can I get my temple notifications of work I have completed to work again? When I click on the bell, nothing happens. My husband signed in to my account on his computer and still no luck. This seems to be a recent glitch. Any ideas?

Thanks!

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

    You are not alone ...

    I just tried such ...

The "Notifications" 'Bell' Icon is NOT working ... it is BROKEN ...

    I just tried in Three (x3) DIFFERENT "Browser(s)" ...

    ▬ 'Google' "Chrome"; and/or,

    ▬ 'Mozilla' "FireFox"; and/or,

    ▬ 'Microsoft' "Edge",

All, with the "Operating System" of "Windows 10".

And, all with the LATEST "Version" of each.

The ONLY way that I could get there was by using the URL: https://www.familysearch.org/notifications/

Which, will take one to: https://www.familysearch.org/notifications/discoveries

[ Where, "Discoveries", is the FIRST/Default, of the "Categories" to appear ... ]

I know, that this certainly does not help/assist; but, I just want to let you know, that you are not alone.

Brett, thank you for the link. It did bring me to my notifications of temple ordinances completed in 2020 (when I clicked on that tab at the top), however all ordinances since December 2020 (which have been hundreds) are still missing. Last night my husband's account temple notifications seemed to be working fine.

    Christensen

In OUR "Notifications", under the 'Category' of "Temple" ...

The notifications, for "Temple" Work, that has been "Completed", ONLY stay there, for a relatively short period of time.

After a time, the "System", AUTOMATICALLY "Deletes" (or, "Removes") the "Notifications"; even, if they have NOT been accessed.

The reason, for such being, is that, the actual "Record", of the "Temple" Work, that has been "Completed", appears in OUR "Temple" 'Tab', under the List of "Completed".

    ie. https://www.familysearch.org/temple/completed

The "Records", of the "Temple" Work, that has been "Completed", remains in OUR "Temple" 'Tab', under the List of "Completed", for a MAXIMUM "Limit" of either, x25 Months; or, x3000 Records (ie. Some x60 pages/screens at x50 Records per page/screen); whichever, comes FIRST ...

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

    @ChristensenChristine1

I'm another FS.org patron that has noticed the same thing for a few days now. 'Glitch probably. However, to see the the list of your completed temple work, it is possible to link on the word "temple" , click/choose the word "completed". Doing this will take you to the list of completed temple work. (perhaps you already knew this.)
