blocked pop up window when trying to print cards for temple ordinances

I tried to print three cards from my reservation list. When I press "print" a quick message "blocked pop up" appears in the search area and then disappears. The program will not continue on to print the cards. I have dumped browsing history, restarted computer. error continues. Looks like a problem on your end. Please fix

I resolved it. Thanks. I updated my operating system last week and evidently I have to go back and allow popups on family search when I do that
