Ordinances shared with Temple cannot be requested

I have a relative, Frederick Doyle Powers, L772-1GZ, who had his Initiatory shared with the temple on 19 April 2010 by FamilySearch. I am not able to request his record to do that ordinance. Is there any way this can be resolved so his work can be completed? Nothing has been done since 2010. Thanks, Jim Stahle
