Missing/ incorrect ordinances

I’ve been checking through my records and can’t find a record of my SP request for Johannes Sennhauser, LCT5-3TD, Albert Sennhauser LCT5-VBB, and Albert Sennhauser KCT5-2M5 has ever been resolved. I originally submitted it on 2/27/2022 and am again attaching a picture of the entry from my book put together by my grandfather, Carl Sennhauser from records he obtained and researched from 1961-1963. I don’t have anArchive Record to attach to the individuals. HELP!

We shall escalate this for you, but without stamped proof of the sealing from the Temple, there is no guarantee that the ordinances shown in your grandfather's book will be accepted
