    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    [ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

    Just in passing ...

    I just had a quick 'look' in the "Genealogies" Part, of 'FamilySearch' (specifically, the Old I.G.I.) ...

    I found this ...

    image.png

    URL = https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:1:MZPF-VWG

    And ...

    When I checked, the 'FamilySearch Person Identifier' (PID), in the "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch' ...

    I found this ...

    'FamilySearch Person Identifier' (PID): MZPF-VWG

    image.png

    URL = https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/MZPF-VWG

    Where, the "Temple" Work was "Completed" way BACK in, 1993; and, 1994.

    As such ...

    BEFORE, 'FamilySearch' "Support" needs to investigate the matter ...

    I humbly suggest, that the two (x2) individuals/persons; being, Andres [ where there is NO 'Family Name' / 'Surname' recorded ] ( GHPB-S5X ); and, Andres [ where there is NO 'Family Name' / 'Surname' recorded ] ( MZPF-VWG ), NEED to be "Merged"/"Combined"; so that, the individual/person Andres [ where there is NO 'Family Name' / 'Surname' recorded ] ( MZPF-VWG ), IS the "Surviving" individual/person; as, that is the OLDER (and, ORIGINAL) Record.

    Doing so, MAY address/fix, the "Temple" Work.

    Just my thoughts.

    Good Luck.

    I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

    Brett
