    Hello again Barry,

This is the reply I've just had:

If the question is 'Should this be Indexed' - the answer is yes (unless the instructions say otherwise) as there are names and dates.

We hope that helps. Thank you for your efforts in indexing work, which is so important! If you are happy with the reply, please mark this.

    Regards,

    FamilySearch Support

How can I index it? there are records with Births and deaths, just Deaths and those with just Births. The record looks as thought it is an index to pages.

Do I index the Births and Deaths as 2 records one Birth and the second Burial?

Thank you for your question @galebj regarding UK, England, Lancashire—Nonconformist Church Records, 1647–1996 [Part B] [MSLR-NLR].

We have escalated your question to see if this batch should be indexed. It does appear to be an index to a large collection of records. Indexes with just names and page numbers are usually marked No, No Extractable Data, unless the Project Instructions say differently. Because many of the records have years recorded in the "Born" and "Died" columns, we have asked if your batch should be indexed.

If your batch should be indexed, we have asked which entry types should be used. Some of the records have birth and/or death years recorded, but some of them do not. If this batch should be indexed, we will receive the instructions on which entry types should be used.

Thank you for your patience while your question is being escalated. We will post here when we receive an answer.

Thank you for your patience @galebj while your question was escalated.

Please mark this batch as No, No Extractable Data. This image is part of an index to a 33 volume collection. The project is being rebatched to remove these images from the project.

Thank you, again, for your question, and we appreciate you volunteering your time to indexing.
