how do I update a baptism date?

My mother in law Wilma Dean Cornell LNH9-G7M Shows that she needs to be baptized and confirmed. Both of those were done while she was alive. Date 22 Feb 1975 Inkon Id. Not sure who did Baptism but confirmed by L.B. Cornell(brother)
