Restore ordinances for John Davis L45N-MVKJ

I believe a duplicate of this John Davis L45N-MVK (John Davis #1) was merged with John R Davis 2HS8-LZD (John Davis #2) sometime before 2012 because John R Davis ended up with the first John Davis' wife, Nancy Leach, and some sources that belonged to John Davis #1.

Temple work for each John was done before 2012. I do not know if the temple work that shows for John R Davis was originally intended for him, or for John Davis #1, or possibly another John Davis.

Another wrinkle: John Davis #1 has an alternate name of John F Davis and I have not found one source that gives him a middle initial, so perhaps John Davis #1 also was merged with a John F Davis prior to 2012.

FYI: I have had a prior communication with "The Community" where I was told to remove from John #2 all relationships and sources that belonged to John #1 and attach them to John #1. I have done so and then I have added additional sources to John #1 and to John #2 to show that they are clearly 2 different men.

I appreciate your help restoring to these men the ordinances intended for them.
