Request permission for Jennie Lynn Christman LK34-8Z6

I requested permission to do the ordinances for John William Christman G6WK-D89 and Jennie Lynn Christman LK34-8Z6. The permission was granted to me by Janice Marie Cypher • G6W2-N3L who is living. Janice is the Wife of John and the mother of Jennie. I have a signed document from Janice that gives permission for the work to be done for both John and Jennie. We received the permission for John and have completed his work. Since the written permission included both John and Jennie, I suspect that the document did not get forwarded so that Jennie work could be done. Jennie had no husband and no children so since I have permission from her mother Janice I would like to have that permission granted.

We would be happy to forward this to the specialty department that will take care of this. We will need your full name, username and helper number, as well as your email address. If you could reply to this message, your information will remain confidential.
