Completed baptism info missing

LNS9-PYQ Donna Gladys Winter (my sister)

was baptized while living in 1967 or 1968 in Fresno, California, possibly by Elder Ingo Kupiec. Our father (still living at age 95) was present at her baptism.

Unfortunately, I don't have any documents showing her baptism information.

I would like to get this sorted so that I can do her temple work.
