Seeking permission for temple ordinance for my aunt, Maria del Carmen Cervantes Alvarez (L1HX-71H)
My name is Claudia and my PID in FamilySearch is (L1HX-71H). My user name is lucla3031. Last November I requested permission to do the temple ordinances for my aunt, Maria del Carmen Cervantes Alvarez, whose PID number in FamilySearch is L1HX-71H. My aunt was born in 1943 and died in 2017, and as I was close to her, I would very much like to do her temple ordinances. I received permission from my cousin, who is the daughter of this aunt to do these ordinances, and I requested permission to do the ordinances last November and gave FamilySearch her contact information, but I have heard nothing back from FamilySearch, and when I go to my aunt's ordinance tab, it says that "Permission to request these ordinances is being reviewed." I would like to know what is holding up the review process. (Spanish is my first language, but I understand correspondence in English.)

I think a MOD should look at this ASAP and send to the correct team, also. lots of personal information posted here.

Thank you for following up on your earlier request. The original case is in the correct area. We have been told you were sent an email about the case before. The team is sending you two emails, one in Spanish, and one in English. Please check your junk, or spam, or trash folders, if you do not find it in your inbox.
We hope you receive your answer.

@Sanra, can maybe you get Claudia's username and helper number deleted from her post?
