How can I get help deciphering an address and name on a New York, USA ship record?

I have a ship record that I need help deciphering what the address of the acquaintance that my grandpa was going to live with when he immigrated to New york form Hungary. I am trying to see if there are any records on this person. So far, I have not had luck finding him in North Tonawanda, New York.
